If you ever have any problems with our products, please contact us immediately. Your request to return a product MUST be approved by Bunnytail Blankets™ prior to being returned. Once approved, please return the item to Bunnytail Blankets™ within 14 days. Ship prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund (credit to your charge card) for any items with which you are not completely happy. All items must be returned to Bunnytail Blankets™ within 14 days of the shipping date, unused and in perfect condition. Again, you must receive approval from us before you send the merchandise back. Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. You will promptly receive a refund (credit to your charge card) upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

We use Paypal, a leading provider of online transactions, for all our credit card processing. You do not have to have a Paypal account to complete a transaction. For your security, all payments are processed through Paypal. Bunnytail Blankets™ never receives your credit card information.
